Welcome to 7C Model Sports Academy, a project of 7C Saudi Group. We are committed to providing the best sports and training services to our players. By registering with the Academy, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

• Academy: 7C Model Sports Academy
• Player: Student enrolled in Academy programs
• Guardian: Legal guardian of the player
• Program: Training program in which the player is enrolled
• Fees: Financial amounts due to the Academy

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Complete the registration form fully and accurately
• Submit all required documents (ID copy, birth certificate, medical examination)
• Pay the prescribed registration and subscription fees
• Agree to the terms and conditions

2.2 Age Groups

The Academy accepts players from 6 to 18 years old, distributed into appropriate age groups according to Academy policy.

3.1 Subscription Fees

• Registration fees are non-refundable
• Monthly/quarterly/annual subscription fees must be paid on scheduled dates
• Late payment may result in subscription suspension

3.2 Transportation Fees

• Transportation fees are separate from training fees
• Fees are calculated based on residential area
• Fees include transportation to and from home

3.3 Refund Policy

• 50% of subscription fees can be refunded if withdrawn within the first two weeks
• No refunds after two weeks from program start
• Registration fees are non-refundable under all circumstances

4.1 Attendance

• Players must adhere to scheduled training times
• In case of absence, the Academy must be notified in advance
• Repeated absence without excuse may lead to player dismissal

4.2 Behavior and Discipline

• Players must respect coaches and peers
• Comply with sports conduct rules
• Do not bring any prohibited or dangerous materials
• Maintain Academy property

4.3 Sports Uniform

• Official Academy uniform must be worn during training
• Maintain cleanliness of sports uniform

5.1 Medical Examination

• Medical certificate proving player's fitness for sports must be submitted
• Inform the Academy of any special health conditions or allergies
• Update medical certificate annually

5.2 Insurance

• Academy provides basic health insurance for sports injuries
• Guardian is responsible for any additional medical costs

5.3 First Aid

• First aid equipment available at all facilities
• Minor injuries handled on-site
• In emergencies, player transported to hospital and guardian notified immediately

6.1 Academy Responsibility

• Provide safe and appropriate training environment
• Deliver professional training programs
• Supervise players during training

6.2 Guardian Responsibility

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Pay fees on scheduled dates
• Inform Academy of any changes in contact information
• Monitor player progress and communicate with coaches

6.3 Disclaimer

• Academy not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings
• Academy not responsible for injuries resulting from non-compliance with safety instructions

7.1 Service Conditions

• Transportation service available for designated areas only
• Pick-up point must be accurately specified
• Adhere to bus schedules

7.2 Bus Safety

• Follow safety instructions inside the bus
• Do not stand while bus is moving
• Respect driver and supervisor

• Academy committed to protecting privacy of players and guardians data
• Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent
• Photos and videos of sports activities may be used for marketing purposes
• Guardian may object to use of player's images

9.1 Voluntary Withdrawal

• Guardian may request player withdrawal at any time
• Written notice must be submitted at least two weeks in advance
• Refund policy mentioned in Article 3 applies

9.2 Dismissal from Academy

Academy reserves the right to dismiss player in the following cases:

• Serious behavioral violations
• Non-payment of fees for two consecutive months
• Repeated absence without excuse
• Providing false information during registration

These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be resolved amicably, and in case of failure to reach a solution, resort to the competent authorities in the Kingdom.
